Practice Meets Tech

We put a lot of emphasis on connecting to the old ways as part of our practice, but we'll always bump into the fact that our world today isn't the same as it was a thousand years ago. I've found, as a lover of technology, that there are real ways to bring it into our practice.

We'll briefly look at technology for creating inner maps and personal decks, then focus heavily on how I've come to use AI prompts to facilitate journey work, healing work, grief work, inner child play, and more. Roll up your sleeves and play along with me!
