The Eight Nights

The Eight Nights reading is a reading to be sat with in the transitional times of the year. Each position calls on a different part of what was handed down from the ancestors to you. Eight spokes — the threshold, the beloved dead, the nameless, the hearth, the hands, the bones, the voice, and the weaving that you choose to carry forward — all held by the Grandmother/Father holding the threads.

To close the wheel, we pull three runes for a bind rune made for you that you can use over the coming turning, whether that is three months, six months, or a year, and flower essence connections if you want to make a salt or tincture to use.
