Walking the Runes

Each autumn I dive back into the Runes, and this year is no different. Come along as we work through the Elder Futhark and then extend into the Anglo Saxon runes, known here as the Northumbrian 33.

This year's approach introduces a three-fold framework mapping the journey of transformation through myth, liminality, and agency — each rune explored through Archetype/Story Role (who you are in this moment), Threshold/Liminal Space (where you stand in the crossing), and Power/Action (what you wield to navigate the journey). Combined, these three aspects form a bindrune of transformation.

You'll need a set of 33 Anglo Saxon Runes and a willingness to learn.
